James Price, Fund Manager

During Mr. Price's ten year span as a stockbroker and office Principal at JW Gant, Cohig and Associates and AG Edwards and Sons, he developed an affinity for finding small, under funded companies and building them through investment banking and financial public relations. Consequently he built Aero Financial, a strategic consulting company which builds and sustains small, publicly traded companies. Now in it's 14th year, Mr. Price founded Genesis Venture Fund to allow his clients access to the emerging Indian market.

Jonathan Daryianani, Corporate Counsel

Attorney Dariyanani's began his legal career at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, which represents Google, Pixar, Apple, and HP. His corporate law practice focuses on advising high growth technology companies. This passion has led him to found eight separate start-ups, including the language learning company Firebook, which sold to LeapFrog Enterprises. His non-profit, Shakti Learning, providing education to girls in remote Indian villages, has given him tremendous experience and insight into the Indian market, particularly in the education sector. Through participation with the World Economic Forum he has been actively participating in the global conversation on transforming education in the developing world.

Joanna Schneier, President

Ms. Schneier's expertise lies in organizational development and best practices. Her work in the field of social equity has taken her to Israel, India, Africa, Central America, as well as countries in the former Soviet Republics. Joanna has served as Director of Operations for both Earth House Inc., a consulting firm for the Ford Foundation, and Ohalei Rachemim, an organization dedicated to community development among immigrant populations. She has also worked extensively in the field of human trafficking for Eisha L'Eish out of John Hopkins University and Michele A Clark, Anti-Trafficking Director of the OSCE. She currently resides in New York.

Krystal Ball, CFO

Ms. Ball's accounting background has focused around information systems and the implementation of accounting software in the United States federal courts. This work included creating and implementing training programs as well as designing enhancements to existing software.
